At the Denver Eye Clinic, we are especially proud of our contact lens department. Dr. Eric Broecker and Nancy Barr, COA specialize in all aspects of contact lens fitting and dispensing. With our vast knowledge of the current contacts available and our years of experience, we are often able to fit the previous "contact lens dropout".
We fit a wide variety of contact lenses, from the mainstream disposables to custom design lenses. Our expertise affords us the ability to fit specialty disposable lenses, gas permeable lenses (including bifocal designs, bitoric lenses, and Keratoconus lenses), and multifocal soft contact lenses.
With our state of the art technology, we are able to fit many patients who have been told they can not wear contacts or patients who need custom fitting due to corneal diseases or who have had less than perfect results from refractive surgery.
In addition to the fitting and dispensing of contacts, we are able to follow our patients with medical eye conditions such as dry eyes or keratitis and can monitor and treat these often contact lens related issues.
